Il braciere è realizzato in due materiali differenti: per l’esterno lega di alluminio AlSi10Mg, per l’interno acciaio inossidabile 316/L solidali tra loro tramite incastro.
Aluminium keeps the pipe lightweight while steel, due to its melting point over 1500°C makes it unaffected by the high temperatures reached by tobacco combustion, with peaks up to 800°C.
These features and the thermal break between the two materials reduces heat transfer to the outside, allows the tobacco to burn properly and keeps the aroma intact.
The mouthpiece is made of PA12 nylon with excellent mechanical toughness, resistant to pulls and shocks, pleasantly silky in contact with the lips and decorated with a genuine wood.
